Exam Entry

Only registered students can enter the exams so if you are not yet registered to become a CIMA student, please do not submit an Exam Entry form with your new student application form. Details of how to enter the exams will be sent to you once you have registered.

If you are already a registered student, the following information is relevant. However, for more comprehensive information about taking exams (such as suggested study combinations and transfer arrangements), please contact MCG.

To enter the exams

Only registered students can enter the exams. Registered students will be sent a password that provides access to the exam entry area of the CIMA website, along with instructions on how to enter the exams. Through the site they can choose their exam venue, pay the necessary fee by credit or debit card and receive immediate confirmation that their exam entry has been accepted.

Alternatively students can download and print off an exam entry form here and send it to us with the correct fees and a remittance advice. Please note that you will require free Adobe Acrobat software to view this ; if you do not have this installed on your machine, you may download it here

The standard closing dates for exam entry forms are 1 March (May exams) or 1 September (November exams). However late entry forms will be accepted before 18 March (May exams) or 18 September (November exams).

Entries after the late entry deadline will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances, and must be accompanied by suitable evidence. A very late entry fee will be charged for very late applications.

Exam applications by fax, phone or email are not acceptable.

Exams to be held between 17 - 20 December 2003.
